I may be bashed for writing it but I truely found some very delicate moments between the couple that I was forced to admit that for me it was a wow episode.
Firstly, I was completely mesmerised with Dhruv today, he stole the first half completely. It was also so wonderfully shown when they started with Saachi uncomfortable with his presence and very harshly she misunderstands his question that why is she not taking his calls. She simply could not see the genuineness of his concern and thought that he was calling to talk romance. Perhaps romance was a term she hated the most in the current situation.
What followed was simply magic and how we as audience and Saachi despite Ulka's foul language were swayed in emotions. The way Saachi beginnings that she never wanted her love to be exposed in this way and DV continues that he never wanted his love to be humiliated this way.
He not just promised to stand by her but also gave her reassurance as to what they have done is no sin, its pure as its love. She wanted that reassurance as somehow after Ulka's words she has somewhere started to believe what she has done, a sin. Dhruv boosted her confidence in him and above all herself and declined to let her bear everything alone.
What further followed was very displeasing as Ulka continued with her cheap talks and today the point which got off focus by Ulka as she was more worried to paint a dirty picture of their love was highlighted today and that was the age gap. Aaji and naani coaxed her for being so weak that she got so down deep in and lost all control over herself. Saachi was aptly shown to be getting shattered piece by piece with every dialogue which her grannys say. For a responsible child like she has always been who was always praised, hearing words like you broke the pride we had on you is something that generates guilt even though you know within that it's not what you have done but you start to believe that and that was Saachi's condition.
Very apt that for DV it was not so bad as he was not made to listen such bitter things about ones character.
The end where he tries to convince aadu hoping that he would understand them and then their sweet moments together in recreated version of beautiful song bin tere was outstanding. DV despite not made to hear what Saachi did was feeling every bit of her pain.
The precap made me sigh for Dhruv more as the expressions of disbelief which he gave when Saachi returned his ring and the resultant pain of losing her was very emotional. For me the episode baring Ulka's useless talks was a marvel. It strengthened the bond. It made DV more special as it was him to brought Saachi into this love and he never backed off even a bit, he was strong as pillar and even stood with her to listen to the chiding of naani and aaji which he could have easily escaped. He is the MAN in every sense, not a boy anymore.
