Interesting to see...

May be heroine's poise , rock stable demeanor in the face of the troubles and the situations leading to the sacrifice will put her on the top.

If she is not succumbed to tears, your plot might prove TRP friendly too...😳

The younger sister here is already dating someone on the sly, what with the secretive phone calls and all and her personality is also shown to be flighty, so it's possible the guy will ditch her when she is preggie and then Saanchi will have the headache of resolving the situation again, I think that's when DV will be requested to 'help' out.

Hopefully DV's character in this show will be smarter and figures out another way out of the dilemma.
