Mystery behind the surprise episode and

......the misleading preview.

I have already expressed surprise over the fact that an important episode like the one they showed on thursday had no advance promo. What is even more strange is rather than give us no preview, they chose to give us two and the actual episode turned out to be very different from the previews.

What could be the reason for this? In the past twists in the story of such epic proportion always came with sufficient warning by way of promos or news items or previews. But this time everything was so sudden. This makes me wonder whether the episode was redone in the last minute and changes made to the script to make it more cinematic. If it was, what could be the reason?

It finally hit me when I read the tellybuzz article that Zee was lauching its new show in the 11.00 p.m. slot from July 14th and there are many biggies in the show. Now I think I understand what prompted this sudden activity in the show. If they had stretch this, showing a rally in Pune and Milsi getting shot, leaving the rest for next week, it may be too late. People would have got bored with all the hits and misses they have been shown so far and move on to greener pastures which will be made available from next week. So the makers seem to have thrown the biggest bomb shell of all. Now I am sure we will tune in to see what became of Neev on Monday and what is the future for Michi. Nothing like some good healthy competition to wake some people up! Hope these guys are on their toes and keep giving us gripping, entralling and romantic episodes.

as long as they show michi united im sure they will keep viewers glued. its when there is trouble in michi paradise that the serial becomes a drag...and im sure many people wont need to think twice to switch over and see iqbal khan on their screens 😳

But I agree...I also think they've made last minute changes though it seems they tried to make an effort to be quite vague with Neev's dialogues afterwards...I still dont understand why Sukriti overheard Neev saying those things to what apeared to a be a lifesized doll?

i think u r right opti.i mentioned something similar like this b4 is another post.yes they want to add a better twist so much people will not quit kaymath and go to the new show waaris 😃

I am not at all surprised with what they gave us last night I am just mad at the fact that this show means nothing to this people even doe they knew or knows that Michi's fans will do anything to their jodi together no matter what and mostly why can they just give us some good track with an awesome storyline for a change?

side note: I still feel bad about Neev. Neevu ko is tarah se nahi maarna chahiye tha...TRP or no TRP...no matter what they show in KYM, Waaris is a show that will def attract viewers. So Ekta mai plz don't compromise anything on KYM for stupid TRP games...it won't help you dear.

JC after reading your post I went back and checked that telly buzz article. I think I read the last line there in a hurry. It said that the show was to begin on July 14th but has been postponed. Now I dont know when it was postponed. Anyway there seems to be a marked improvement in KYM of late and I wouldn't be surprised if it has to do with the expected competition whenever it is coming. And they better remain on guard if they want to keep back their flock.
