the only way Prachi can make the first move would be in this scenario:

Milind is back from office and is in a bad mood because of some business
issue. He pours some alcohol in a glass with soda and ice, and goes out
to attend a phone call. Prachi after a shopping trip comes home tired and
asks Ramu Kaka for coke. Ramu Kaka leaves coke for her in Michi room
while she is in the bathroom.

Prachi ma'am comes out of the bathroom and she is so thirsty that she
drinks alcohol in one take exactly right when Milind was about to ask her
why is she drinking it. It's our Prachi,, so she asks Milind why coke tasted
different. Milind only bursts into laughter (forgetting his business
problem) at his wife's innocent question. Then slowly.. nasha takes over
Prachi and Milind stays calm to enjoy his drunk wife's nuances....

what happens then is this hidden passion of Prachi that comes out
relieving all her inhibitions.. After all she loves Milind so much right..

Someone can elaborate if wished..
