Pippa, call me dumb. But I did not understand what you said there. I didn't realise my post was funny. I was pretty serious when I said Milsi needed an entire day to think things through. That is how he is portrayed - an impulsive guy who goes by his instincts and later realises the consequences of his actions.

oops! sorry, opti, I thought you were taking the mickey out of Milind. It was the last line that made me think you were poking subtle fun at the way he was being portrayed.

I dont think so he already has commited mistakes before and he woud not want prachi to go all thru the pain. in thursdays epi, wen they confess the love, prachi cried really badly, if he was teaching ayesha a lesson he would surely tell prachi.

After causing much tears and pain for Prachi and himself and haranguing himself and Prachi into accepting that he can't dump the woman half way, he goes and dumps her anyway and that too in the most spectacular way...in front of the wedding guests...(so what's new abt that?)

I've been scratching my head over it...tho' lord knows why, but I can't come up with a single explanation except for the most mundane ones like:

He can't bear Prachi's pain any longer

He can't bear his own either

The thought of spending the rest of his life with Ayesha makes him come out in hives!

Let's announce the Telemachus Award (at least, that's what the seer in the paly, Julius Ceasar, was called....I think....the dude who yelled 'Beware the Ides of March!' to JC who did die on that day finally.) for the person on the forum who comes up with the correct answer.

well i think its simply to drag the story till the shaadi mandap and shaadi mahurat... it creates more drama and intensity hooks the viewers to the screen cuz they are waiting for the moment to happen but things dont change untill the AIIM waqt... as u said.

its basically emotional torture... first they build ur hope like when sukruti almost come close to telling milind everything, then they destroy all itsy-bitsy tiny hope u have, by changing sukruti's minds at the end moment... and then they make u even more miserable by more torteous scenes such as ayesha forcing prachi to get her ready for her marriage and mama telling prachi to put haldi on milind and ayesha stopping her, btw that was contradicting since mama said that when the brides sister puts haldi on the groom the marriage will be successful so when prachi was abt to put it on milind and ayesha stopped her and put the haldi on milind herself, its clear that ayesha is the sister here who is putting haldi on prachi's groom hehehe... okay moving, they also show milinds restlessnes in the privacy of his room before marriage... so yeah they are basically trying to make us dropping-on-floor-and-crying miserable before the change the tables.

i agree with u molly, they just want to create a bit of drama. milind would probz jus wont be able to do it cos he cant live without prachi, thts what i think.
