Sorry for updating so late...had been really really busy. I just wrote this part half an hour ago so excuse any mistakes.

Dedicated to all my readers...
Part 16

Milind and Prachi stayed in eachothers arms, both of them knew that everything would be fine after this. Prachi's head lay on his chest just under his chin and Milind could smell the sweet fragrance coming from her hair, she smelled a lot like lavender. He loosened his grip from her, cupping her hands, he placed a gentle kiss on her forehead. Prachi closed her eyes just as his lips touched her skin. She knew he loved her. She was his Pari and that was the best feeling she had ever had in a really long time.

"Milind, why did u call me Pari??" She looked at him with confusion. Milind smiled and reminded her of the day they had met for the first time, how her dress had been spoiled from the muddy water splashed from his car, the way she had scolded him and yet had looked so beautiful on that bright sunny afternoon.

Prachi's face went red thinking of the day. "Sorry" She said softly.
"Its a little late for that but you don't need to apologize." He said all the while grinning at her behaviour.
She hit him lightly on the chest and Milind mocking up a faint cry held her arms and once again brought her closer in one swift pull. He was about to taste those luscious lips again when he heard a certain sound from behind.

"Ahem...ahem" Neev cleared his throat to make his presence felt by the two love birds.
Milind and Prachi turned to look at their friend who was giving them a very mischievious smile. Prachi blushed thinking of the moments earlier and looked at Milind. He seemed to be at ease, actually he was smiling widely at Neev which confused Prachi all the more.

"Looks like u got ur Pari" said Neev as he walked towards them and placed his one hand on Milind's broad shoulders. "Congrats man!!! I knew this trip was a fantastic idea...aakhir kar idea kis ka tha" He smiled.

Prachi could not believe what she heard. From what Neev had just said all she could conclude was that Neev knew everything...He was in all this the whole time. Her mouth opened in a gasp as she looked at Neev and before she could say something Neev placed his hands on her shoulders and said "Prachi, tum theek soch rahi ho, I knew ki jis ladki se mere dost ko pyaar ho gaya hai woh koi aur nahi meri sab se achchi dost, tum ho.....tum iski Pari ho Prachi, lekin is Milind ne mujhe kuch batane se mana kiya tha" As he said those last words he looked at Milind. "But I m glad that you are together now, ab kam se kam main tum dono ko ek saath muskuraate huye dekhunga"

Prachi was too embarrased to say anything, she looked at Milind who was looking right back at her with all the love in his eyes.
"So ab chalen?? humne der ho rahi hai..kyun Prachi?" Neev teased her.

If she could, she would have smacked Neev hard on his head but she was too elated today. She looked at Milind and said "Koi baat nahi..hum thodi der se bhi nikal sakte hain" She then turned to Neev "Tumne apna saamaan pack nahin karna??"

"If u want me to go, I will..just don't give me those looks as if u want to kill me" Neev said with a laugh as he walked away.

Prachi suddenly realised that Milind was holding her hand and had not once let it go. Milind looked at her and said "Don't be mad at Neev, I requested him not to say anything to you"

Prachi nodded and they stood there smiling at eachother. Finally Milind reluctanly pulled her and they made their move towards the cottage.

All the way back to home seemed too short for both of them. Prachi was keenly looking at him all throught he journey and Milind while driving, would keep looking in the rear mirror to see her reflection. Neev had once or twice caught him doing that and had joked that Milind better watch the road and not
crash the car as he wants to live to get engaged to his Ayesha.

They reached Shah house first and dropped the girls. Milind walked out of the car and helped carry some of their luggage.
"Bye beautiful" He said softly to Prachi as she walked in front of him
Prachi looked back and with a huge smile said "Bye handsome" and ran inside.

The next day, Neev was too eager to leave with Milind to delhi but Milind wanted to stay a little while longer. He had already called his dad and informed him that he would come the next week. For the first time in life, he knew what exactly he wanted. He wanted to spend some time with Prachi before he left this heavenly place. Prachi was busy with studies so they would not get a lot of time together but even a few minutes during the day would be enough for both of them.

Today again he was waiting for her at the same cafe where they had met that day when he and Neev had gone unannounced to her college. Milind was on his third cup of coffee and Prachi was still nowhere in sight. He didn't mind waiting for her as long as he got to spend some time with her.

Prachi kept looking frantically at her watch, she was late again...this time a little too late. As soon as the lecture got over, she rushed past the other students and almost ran towards the door. When she arrived at the cafe, she saw Milind looking over some magazine sipping his coffee.

"Hey, handsome" she said occupying the seat opposite to him.

"Hi sexy" He replied with a wink.

Prachi immediately blushed and looked at the table which had a couple of empty cups. "Yeh kya?? Tumne kitni saari coffee pee??"

"Ab madam ka intezaar karte karte, kuch to karna tha, nahi to yeh cafe wale mujhe baahar nikaal dete." He replied showing her his third cup which was still in his hand.

"Sorry, aaj lecture kuch ziada hi lamba tha" She said making a funny face.

"Thats ok.. have I never complained about ur coming late?? Plus its a good thing that I don't have a watch now, otherwise I would have gone mad just looking at it again and again" He said with a laugh.

"Milind!!! that was a honest mistake and I did say sorry for that" Prachi almost squealed at him.

"I m just kidding, so how was lecture??" He took her hand in his and looked in her eyes.

Just as Milind touched her hand, everything around them vanished just like that. Prachi didn't know why Milind's slightest touch would make her loose her senses. It seemed as if they were in heaven and the rest of the conversation just didn't matter anymore. All both of their minds could register was eachother's touch.

Soon it was time to leave and both looked at eachother with remorse. Neither of them wanted to leave but Prachi had not yet told her parents about him so she couldn't afford to be too late least she had to answer their questions.

"U do know I m leaving day after tomorrow" Milind asked her once again as they stood up to leave.

Prachi just nodded. "So u better be on time tomorrow, I don't mind waiting for u again but it would be nice for a change to spend more time with you than actually sitting here alone waiting for you."

"I promise, I won't not be late. Par tum jaldi mat aa jana." She said before she left.

Milind smiled "Koshish karoonga"
