I really don't know anything about who cares for Prachi the most but one thing that I do know is that Milind is her hubby and the love of her life so I say Milind of couse 😉

according to me neev slightly more....as he only wants prachi's happiness and happy in whatever prachi is getting in her life

but both of them cares for her alot

neev, he was there with prachi as a friend he was there as a lover and even now when theres not even a name to their relationship he is still standing there...thru the worst and best, even thou it means giving up everything for her, he's done it happily, and seeing her smile once makes it worth it

Milind cares for Prachi the most, after the cliff confession, Miland was even willing to divorce her so she could return back to N after Mills wrongly assumed that her happiness is not in being with him. Also, even though MICHI were not on speaking terms, he gave her 2 crore so she could get back Ritwik from the kidnappers clutches. 😊
