Shali ki Bachi, You guys give the title and then say i am waving that position(which by the way is the 1st time and that to due to grave concerns over Milind's safety🤣)? Soch na chahiye tha na when u guys gave me that title😆 And me have my priority set... Me dont work like Prachi you see. So for me if Milind is a priority then I will think of him 1st... so after we have successfully taken him away from madness... I will get to deal with the Lawyer, Ayesha, Baba and the rest of the ppl😡 No For Milind's to relax... we are taking Ritwik with us... cause along with Milind I dont trust anyone with Ritwik😡 So Ritwik will keep him busy & entertained😆

Krishna after all these arguments i might have considered atleast giving out the location... but after reading this... NO WAY🤣 And wasnt this kidnapping planned in the 1st place because Milind was alone on a guilt trip? If Prachi goes... then I have no problem😃

I've come late into this discussion, - but I don't think any of the legal proceedings they have shown are based on reality.

First of all, no child can be put up for adoption until the biological parent writes off all rights on the child. Then the agency has to wait atleast three months for her not to change her mind. Once the child is given up for adoption, under no circumstances can the name of the biological parent be revealed. Certainly not in public.

Somehow, making a mockery of the divorce proceedings does not make me as upset as making a mockery of the adoption procedure. For all the plus and minuses of the laws in our country - children are pretty well protected under the adoption act.

Anyway, you can't adopt till both partners agree, have been married for atleast five years, have letters of recommendation from friends and family and a lot of other documenation procedures...

The way this little fellow has been passed around is way out of line of reality. I think he would have been better off in the orphanage, left to be adopted by parents who really wanted him.

Gawker, that was exactly what I said. K-land does not follow any procedures when it comes to marriages, divorces or adoptions. People seeing the serial would shudder to adopt a child from India!

But even within the realm of K-land logic Milsi's shocked reaction was confusing considering that adultery is the only excuse he can fight the case on.
