I think wile Nivedita is from the BT factory, Doris is the Channel's creative arm. So Doris is from Star Plus. I remember this from a discussion and clarification in the KAA forum when there was a furore over IQ's leaving KAA.

So, it's unlikely that there would be a fake pregnancy track....thank god! Anyway, falling pregnant after a year of consummation is impossible even for BT.
