These were my questions too after yesterday's episode. One thing is for sure. Dheeraj Sarna seems to be quite fed up with this track going by the poor dialogues for the court scenes. I would have expected them to be more hard hitting. That is why I guess they drowned it all in the background noise.
My version of Milsi's shock is that whenver he hears Prachi repeat what he says, he gets shocked. Even on the c-night when he accused Prachi of having an affair with Neev and she turned around and admitted yes she does, the guy was thunderstruck. So yesterday although he kept saying he wanted that divorce at all costs when he heard Prachi also agree to it suddenly, I guess he was shocked. Moreover, the pain in her voice must have done him in.
By the way I did not notice at what point of the argument he intervened. Was it when Inder was accused of having an illicit affair and that Ayesha was a product of that relationship? If it was, then I would seriously be disappointed in him. Not that I am not now. He should have more forcefully stopped his lawyer.
