My take on why Milsi sold his hotel.
Milind may have wanted to sell the hotel in Turkey because it must be facing some problems. Remember during Suki's pufphera he got a call that there was some emergency in Turkey which needed to be attended to and he sent Alaap to do that (at Prachi's request)? May be Alaap messed up so much that Milsi would have felt it is better to get rid of it. Moreover, he had already set his business in Mumbai and may have wanted to concentrate his energies in it.
Hearing that Neev was trying to buy the property, he would have hurried up the deal without checking the background - like Ayesha did when she unknowingly handed over the Shah Mansion(SM) to Milsi by signing on the papers thinking that Milsi was also after the business she was trying to get. He duped her then and now her husband has duped him in a similar manner using Milsi's tactics (of paying off his employee!). What goes around comes around.
P.S. Milsi could still have the last laugh if the hotel is a white elephant and Neev has bought a bleeding business venture. Considering that he is only a partner in the business, the rest of the partners (board members) could throw him out!
