My prediction for the future is that when Ayesha finds out that Milind and Prachi have consumated their marriage and declared their love for one another she will use the one night stand as an excuse and fake her pregnancy.
BUT our relaible hero Neev wont let het come between Prachi and Milind and to save Prachi's marriage he will say that he is the father of Ayesha's baby, this way he'll get to annoy her further and help Prachi and Milind get on with their marriage.
I think Neev wants to see Prachi happy with Milind so he'll go to any extent and will finally expose that Ayesha never was pregnant.
