Prachi is everyone's Favouite in the house after her two sweet daughters (indication of Shagun and Tanisha who is known as Tanu cause of Neev). Her only dream is to complete her MBA without any family background because she wants to make her own identity without being known as Inder's daughter or somebody's wife. For living Prachi works in her Dad's company because she is saving up money for Shagun and Tanu's future. In this whole world Prachi only trusts Neev (her childhood friend), Mayank-Bhaiyya, Amisha-Bhabhi, and her sweet niece Shagun and Tanu (who are known as her daughters).

Neev Pranay Shergill

Neev isn't that close to his mother than he is with his father Pranay even shares a good relationship of being each others friends instead of father and son. Neev is very soft-hearted toward his childhood friend Prachi, and his dears' niece (Shagun and Tanu who also call him Neev Uncle or Neev Papa especially when they miss their father Mayank). Usually never stays in one place without flirting with each and every girl he knows and lives each day as it comes. When it comes to certain circumstances he can be most understanding person toward Prachi, Shagun, and Tanu, but when it comes to his worse enemy (Milind), Neev won't understand anyone, but only hatred for each other.

Shagun Mayank Shah

Age 15

After her parent's death she hardly missed them because she has a loving Bua-Prachi (who is most caring person in the Shah Mansion) and such a great supporting Uncle (Neev). Loves her twin sister Tanu so much that she can scarifies her own happiness for her.

Tanisha Mayank Shah

After her parent's death she hardly missed them because she has a loving Bua-Prachi (who is most caring person in the Shah Mansion) and such a great supporting Papa (Neev). Tanu loves her twin sister Shagun a-lot that she can't see tears in her eyes.
