Hey friends,

I live in UK and I am constantly finding ways to entertain my very dear neighbour who is a pakistani. I sold Kayamath to her, told her story so far and really got her charged to watch it.... and she watched it for some time and then told me :

"baki sab to theek hai, lekin I can't understand the language that ayesha and milind speak 😉 😆".

poor lady, who is so used to urdu and refined english, couldn't understand dialogues of MA and decided to quit😭.........she finds the language used by them too harsh on her ears..... and she is not like me who's happy staring at Milind all the time...😳😳

i want to ask other pakistanis on the forum about this.... do you also find the mumbai street language difficult to understand?

please reply

Cheers

Dear tvfan1401, I'm sorry for taking a space here even though I'm not a Pakistani. It's just interesting to me to know that Milind and Ayesha are constantly speaking in a bit different language from Prachi and the others... Really? Wah how cute... I had no idea:) Thank you for this bit of information!😊😊 *disappears*

Well am a gujju😆😳 and I dont know why, but i dont find it difficult to understand the dialect used by Miland and Ayesha😕😳 I guess am used to the dialect seeing as I watched the show from the beginning..or maybe its because the mumbai street lang used is not too strong.😕

Hi,

I am from south India.. we rarely even speak hindi... But I dont have much difficulty in understanding Milind & Prachi.. May be because of my obsession with bollywood movies, especially munnabhai movies.. 😉
