I really dun think it's hard to understand well but then I've been hearing such language for a large part of my life. It's common street talk popular in Pakistan too.....very frequently used ,to be honest..words like "Tereyko, shaana, vaat, saala, mirchi lagna" they're very much in vogue n being the adaptable kind I can understand it pretty well. To be honest I really must appreciate Ekta for showing a very different part of society via Milind n Ayesha's characters far different from the elite n posh characters with flashy diamonds, designer sarees and rolex watches....I really loved Milind's chawl set and him too in that backdrop. He's done full justification to his character. Though Ayesha looked a bit far fetched with a prim and proper look complete with jewellery though not flashy but very unreasonable in a chawl , not to mention her low necked outfits...though I found Sukriti very commendable ...then....now she's lost it. "Dimagh satak gaya hai uska!"
I am a Paksitani too and donot find the language used by MA odd at all....growing up in Karachi....one dose here these terms...and sometimes friends do use it between each other too...its slang...be it hindi or urdu....and with teh influence of movies and dramas...watched in my growing years...its quiet common now...
And hats off to Ektas an her team to show something different for a change...
