Milind definitely needs to get more ferocious in the serial, in terms of dealing with Ayesha

Can we really blame Prachi though? She got heavily influenced by Ayesha, and on top of that, Milind didn't even deny sleeping with Ayesha....her emotions got the best of her

Prachi should not have left. But, I mean, if we look at the situation from her perspective, her actions may make a bit more sense: she knows Milind used to love Ayesha, Ayesha says she's pregnant, and Milind does not deny it! When she was at his office she wanted him to explain himself, but he brushed the issue off and told her they would talk about it at home. This only just confirmed her doubts.

Prachi left because she thought that Milind was the father. She was hoping he would remove all doubts about the situation, but he didn't.
