What is the point of this RAPE?

Is this violent act to change the character of Prachi and ultimately broaden the shade of her character?Not the sweet Prachi anymore but a bitter,emotionally torn Prachi,hating Milind & everyone around her?

What are the creatives trying to do?

Is this the new way of making Prachi a totally different woman who is going to stand up for herself against all odds and putting a full stop to all the injustice directed to her by each and every member of her family?

Its a very cruel & violent method if this is the way they choose to change her character...But seems they are going to further the storyline like that?(I hope nothing happens )

At this point, I am really not sure, but that is a possibility, although I cannot gauge at this point how great a possibility that is. But if they show that, wouldn't she become another Ayesha, driven by bitterness and the need for avenging the wrongs (imagined and real) done unto her?

Not only is it a brutal, uncalled-for method to change the character, but I find even the line of entertaining such thoughts on the part of Kayamath creatives quite repugnant. If they show that, I will feel extremely bad for all the rape victims out there who might happen to watch the show; they recognize that rape is not a joke and have experienced the horror of the act to know the truth of my words. And not only that, I would feel extremely bad: Balaji camp would once again have treated rape lightly but colored the attitude of the wider public in India that rapists can be redeemed rather than prosecuted under the letter of law (as you suggested earlier in my post).

Anju, you're making plenty of sense. But the current track is not, if indeed it is progressing towards the rape of Prachi.

And more importantly, it would not make sense also because rape not only scars the body but the soul, tainting the human spirit with memories that live with the rape victims every single day. I don't even think most people gain backbone from such horrid experiences; I think they rather withdraw into their shell and some even suffer from PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder).

Being an Ekta Kapoor drama will blossom b/w M & P even if she is put through hell..Thats always been the case.But the forgiving part from Prachi shouldnt be a cake walk for Milind not this time,...

I am sure this rape isnt happening. So I am not even entertaining the thought as a Possibility, but yes I can see consequence of what might have happened, if Prachi is raped😕

What scares me is that even then Prachi wont change😕 Milind ellaborated on how much he has lost because of his family...and our Ma'am will take it was a punishment on behalf of her family I dont see her go aggressive if ever this incident happens...yes, she is going to go into a daze, an emotional withdrawal of kinds, a kind of a shock😭

You have a point here... that was exactly my question, what is the point of rape...when Milind-Prachi have come close to eachother on an emotional level😕

Frankly, I dont see this rape happening... It is not happening at all! Yes, i do see a possibility of Prachi becoming a far bolder individual... and I see that happening because of her love for Milind and not her hatred. Untill now any bold step that Prachi has taken has been for, with or towards Milind. Be it going against the family for Milind, or stepping into the dangerous murder mystery with him or her decision to marry Milind. If I ever entertain a thought of seeing a bolder Prachi, It will be because and for her relationship with Milind.

How often have seen Prachi smile for her own self at the cost of another person's loss😃? The smile that appeared on her face when Ayesha had to give up the idea of feeding Milind to attend a business deal... spoke a hell of a lot😳. She really didnt care how disappointed Ayesha was or for that matter Milind would be(coz the prev day he ate out of Ayesha's hand😡) She was happy for herself, she was happy to have that fussy baby all for herself to pamper.There was a hint ofa secret mischeif in her smile which I have never seen in Prachi. And I have never seen the confidence about her relationships the way she is about her marriage. She is determined to make it work despite all odds. Prachi Mishra is going fight for her Marriage, and she is going fightto win... and the 1st person to accept defeat infront of her will be Milind himself😳.

I see their relationship only going forward and from strength to strength... because I feel they will tide through this situation together.
