Nach OR not?

The latest buzz is that Panchi Bora and Shabbir Ahluwalia; Sara Khan and Ali Merchant; and Juhi Parmar and Sachin Shroff are the strongest contenders for the wild-card entry into Nach Baliye 4. While others didn't want to comment, the only person who seemed surprised about this news was the demure Panchi. "No, it is just a rumour. We are not a couple. Since Nach Baliye is about real life couples and we are only an onscreen couple, there is no question of being a part of it. There is nothing between Shabbir and me," she insisted.

"I was not in town when all this happened. I was in Bangkok shooting for a Pakistani commercial. When I came back, I first read about it on the Internet and thought that maybe someone is playing a prank and spreading a rumour. When I started getting calls from people I got worried. I'm really upset," she added.

Panchi says that she has always been a family girl and the news has upset her family members too. "My mom asked me 'What's going on?' and I told her that I had no idea because I have not been approached by Star Plus or the Nach Baliye team. I do not know where it started from and who is spreading the rumour. I want to clarify that we are not dating each other and if people want to believe in such things, they can go ahead and believe in it. I'm not worried."

On the other hand, the spokesperson from the channel insists that Panchi and Shabbir have indeed been approached.
