Milind had no intention of sharing the night with his son. He wanted to be with his wife. When he did not get what he wanted he decided to destroy everything icluding himself and his wife.

As far as Milind not telling the truth himself or forcing her to do so- he knows she is wearing her Panchi mask. What's the point in forcing Panchi to become Prachi. It's better if she starts her life with Milind again as Prachi herself rather than she feeling forced to live with him.

Since he made the decision to let Prachi make that decision to live with him on her own, why force the issue over a wedding anniversary night? Prachi is still Panchi especially on a night such as this where the entire press fraternity has gathered to faciliate that fake husband of hers.

I am definately not going to condone Milind's suicidal attempt in tonight's episode. Am very set in my views suicide is wrong!! But I can't help but agree to you post, Bee. I think Milind was pushed after weeks and weeks of Prachi's shifting loyalties and reached to the point where he was pushed to the brink and the result of that we saw tonight.

As regards u're post Bee-dz...i dont think the creatives really care abt keeping a person reactions in tune charecter he / she is playing....they just want some drama to garner TRP's...that at least to me explains why pranchi charecter is now so pathetic...they dont care abt the storyline or identify with the initial charecter sketches ....
