I also think this was because Prachi's acting got much better with Shabbo in the picture and she was much more comfy doing romantic scenes with Shabbo as she said herself. I would have hated to see her having any sort of feelings when Proteek was getting close...all i saw was her eyebrows getting furrowed and her face twisted. And I did notice her trying to move her hand but he held it too tight. And i am just fine with her saying "Proteek" for a "What are yo doing?" type of reaction...I don't think she really expected that he woudl kiss her too. If she had such doubts on him...she wouldn't have agreed to be his pretend wife. <br><br>again i am not defending the scene...i didn't like it either. I am just saying what i observed and how i see Prachi.<br>

Chalo then let's get over this DAMN CHEAP scene as creatives' brainless experiment and let it go....
I hope we won't be tortured more with PP scenes in future. I request all Michi fans to get over this scene as soon as possible and look at Prachi beyond it.

Well-written, JC! I definitely believe Prachi and MICHI deserve another chance. I want Milind to torture her, I want Prachi to beg for forgiveness, but, ultimately, they need to get together!

In my opinion, MICHI wouldn't have come into being without her patience, understanding and sacrifice. Milind too has erred many a times, but she bore no grudge, and instead passionately stood by his side, supporting his every dream and desire in life.

The creatives chose a highly ill-conceived scene to depict PP's friendship. It would have actually helped if they had taken a few episodes to depict Prachi's remorse on being separated from her Milind, her love for Sunny (their child), before throwing in the 'friendship' angle (w/o the bedroom scene!!!!!!!!!!!!). Proteek has become the next Neev in her life, but I truly believe that she hasn't moved on, and that her heart still beats for Milind.

Prachi is neither characterless nor a fake nor a nautanki nor a dramebaaz. Now, I haven't watched the episode, but going by your description, it's obvious that her first thought after the blast was 'Where is Panchi?' That's the essence of Prachi, for she always puts others before herself

When Milind was jailed initially, she went against her family to release him because of her respect for Baba; when Milind tortured and humiliated her often, she put her grievances aside to fulfill her duties; when Ayesha made her life hell, she continued loving her like a sister to honor her dad's last wish; when Sukruti was afraid to disclose her secret, she put her marriage at stake to help her; when Milind had PA, she remained tight-lipped because his health held more prominence than their past; when Milind decided to marry Ayesha despite acknowledging his love for Prachi, she let him go because his guilt-free conscience mattered more to her than getting back together; when she saw no other way to release Milind, she assumed the entire blame on herself, and finally left him so he is kept out of jail!

This is the same Prachi who thought of PANCHI, a stranger she met not two hours ago, before her own sorrows and her family because, at that moment, her new friend's life was more important than anything else!

I do wanna curse the Ks for that STUPID STUPID bedroom scene that has led to everyone questioning the sanctity of an otherwise extremely sweet and nice woman!

Thats my take too Kittu. If only they had had the sense not to show that bedroom scene...it was completely unnecessary. That was definitely not the way to establish friendship between Prachi and a new guy. Whoever came up with that idea needs to be shot. And i agree with everything else you wrote.

The part that i bolded is something that people often overlook and i think its wrong. Prachi was always the way she was. If someone thinks she doesn't have the courage to face life then maybe she didn't have that courage when she stood by Milind...even though he hurt her self - respect many times...she easily forgave him...and if she hadn't...if she had held it against him...left him...then we would have never had Michi. How can anyone say that Ayesha is better than Prachi....don't get me wrong...i loved Ayesha's character (and the fact that she was kept consistent)...but if it weren't for Prachi..what would have come of Ayesha??? If Prachi hadn't let her take all their wealth..if she hadn't given up Neev...if she hadn't forgiven her sister readily...Ayesha would not even be in the picture for more than a few episodes. She would have turned into a complete Vamp turned fully negative. The little sanity that was left in Ayesha was preserved i believe because Prachi ensured she was not alienated...Prachi ensured that Milind ..her only friend didn't abandon her too.

Don't tell me that another girl would be better for Milind...because no other girl would go through the things Prachi went through for Milind and with him....and now that he is a better person for having her in his life...you want to shunn her and get him with another girl...where is the justice in that. Prachi has pined for Mlind a lot. she has sacrificed a lot...endured a lot. And when it came Milind's turn to be hurt....then eveyone want to put Prachi in her grave and relieve Milind of his promises to love her till eternity. I feel Milind too needs to prove that his love is eternal in the test of time and this track will be a way for him to do so.
