Heebs, you really are taking a looong break from your studies! Yeah, we used to really go crazy over that track, isn't it? But in retrospect, that one looks far saner than the rest of the rubbish they threw at us. I loved the Milind murder attempt track and Ayesha murder track. But the rest is all absolute bakwas. I love the background score too, the reason I have made it the signature tune for all the mixes.

Btw, get back to your studies. All the best for your exams.

i just watched Phase I of the Michi story....i just realized that i haven't ever seen the Misha scene when Milind learns that Ayesha got married!! I liked that the track was instrumental and not with lyrics! Good progression...it seems like an ages ago when i saw those other Michi scenes...

Saima! You watched my Michi story mix!!! Thanks! That Misha scene was very powerful. She thinks he is Neev seeing his back and speaks to him very coyly (to make Prachi jealous). It is only when he turns around does she realise it is Milind. The guy is first shocked and then gets furious and hits her hard across her cheeks. I think he even pulls her hair while demanding an explanation for all this. Her out pourings were also heart breaking.

This entire series is based on the same instrumental track which I am using as a signature piece. Yeah, it is really ages - the golden period of KYM up to the start of the PA track and later the MMT and AM tracks were also good. The leap ruined it all.

lovely mix opti, shabbo was at his best during the PIM track and u picked all the best scenes for this VM...the look on his face while breaking prachi's bangles still sends chills through my spine.

Watched Phase II--altho ive just seen two phases so far i feel you've chosen major landmarks when Michi rel'p was at a turning point!! Lovely...watching this vid i felt kinda angry at the creatives.....they had SO much material to work with..yet, Kymth sadly cud never reach the #1 position during its peak as well!! i wonder why?!! altho its just a number game i feel how come shows like Yeh rishta... (omg!! its horrific...as a female its everything that i oppose--ok, fans i am not dissing the show....i just cant wrap my brain around the whole ancient concept) are #1 while Kymth cud never reach those heights

Watching it made it very bittersweet for me!! the cliff scene when Neev confesses his love for Prachi post marriage....i realized that happened almost a year and a half ago!! such a lovely concept and all of the magic bit the dust....Thanx Opti for connecting thos beautiful scenes....was a nice way to reminisce! :D

Yes, Shabbo was at his best during this phase and to think that he had banked most of those scenes before he went for his MI shoot in Turkey is even more remarkable. The bangle breaking scene was one of the most chilling. Thanks Shabz.

Thanks Saima. I too feel bad that the creatives ruined the show when they just had so much stuff to work with. I couldn't understand how anyone can go out of the way to ruin something they have created. As to reaching the top, I think during the PIM track, the show scaled new peaks and was second only to Kyunki. Being a late night show it had an inherent disadvantage but with gripping story lines one can work it to one's favour but sadly they did not even try I guess.

Well I gave these acronyms to recognise the tracks.

PIM- Prachi is Mom

PA- Partial Amnesia

MMT- Milind Murder attempt track

AM- Ayesha murder track

How sad I am that your acronym for leap track didn't work!!😭
LIL- that's what you had named it as- Lessons in Love track (hope I am correct). In the end, Proteek became the love Guru (😒) teaching Milind and Prachi some lessons unlike what we hoped (all those Junoon/Ibaadat lessons!!- why did they have to use these powerful words?😡).
Guess all thanks to Sandeep Sickand (guess Sikcand is the right spelling, but I prefer it the "Sick" way), who was nowhere near Anil Nagpal in understanding the characters or the story. At least Ekta should have bothered to do justice to... Alas....

I learnt my lessons- that of not to watch a hindi soap ever again. (It's easier when it comes to movies- as you go through them in a matter of 2-3 hrs unlike these soaps that run for years).

Watched the latest mix again. I love Milind and I miss him.

I am logging off. I am supposed to be de-addicting!!
