That is the sweetest compliment Fati. So even your Emglishman father likes this song? To be frank I was a little apprehensive making this one, wondering if people would like such an old song. Good to know old is still gold.

and as for me liking it of course I love it and mean I am my papa and mama gal and anything that's love by my mummy and daddy is truly love by me as well😊so it's mind blowing,excellent,awesome and like I always say wonderfully done😃

its a very nice song. And though i didn't hear the song before as i was watching the VM i was singing along and felt like i knew just what the next word is going to be.

Maybe you should have been a lyricist. It is Gulzar at his best. As you dont seem to have even heard this song, I really feel old.

I know you did not like the music I used for the playfulness mix. In fact I am not too fond of it myself and used it because I coul not find anything appropriate and I so wanted to make that mix.

As for criticizing...ahem...hmm...there was just one scn where i think the female part begins and she is saying "Aap se bhi khoobsurat aap ke andaaz hai" and you used the scn where Milind calls her in the hotel...i didn't get that part...why so much focus on Prachi's face??/

I knew that scene was not right but I thought her look of admiration and his gentle caress of her cheeks would convey the meaning. You see the translation I had said andaaz meant grace.

i thought you would show Milind's aadaayein for that part...i was actually thinking of the patti scn were he shows her his heart and goes "Poocho" or the scn where he gifts her the kangan and tells her he just wanted to hold her hand for a bit longer and she laughs at him...or the morning after their C-night when he makes her breakfast...

I love all the scenes you mentioned. As I said I misunderstood the meaning of andaaz. Maybe I'll try replacing that scene in my download version.

i felt for those lines it would have been better to show something that reflected Milind's personality and his unique way of loving her.

There was actually another part wher the lyrics go "Aap ki badmaashiyon ke yeh naye andaaz hai" and you showed him holding her pallu and she runs away...i liked that scn actually because i've not seen it being used in another VM...

It is precisely for that reason I used it. I remember Shubs remarking that I left that out of playfulness mix. More than the pallu pulling, his naughtiness is exhibited in his 'surgery abhi bakki hai" comment.

so it was fresh but i also thought the scn during teej pooja where she runs away from him and he warns her behind the pillar...wouldn't that have been great too.😃

Yes, but then I had already used that scene in quite a few mixes.

Thanks JC. I laboured a lot on this one to try perfecting it. I think I spent an hour trying to match that laugh with the scene where Prachi laughs at Milsi's comment in their bedroom (after his headache drama). If you had noticed ,many of the scenes are not as they appear in the show. Had to do a lot of editing and juggling of frames within the scenes to try matching the words to the scenes. I also tried to put in scenes not used before. My personal favourite is the saree selection scene. I just loved Shabbo's expression in it. Panchi looked like a kid in it. Despite that I had goofed up in the hotel scene. Me and my poor hindi knowledge. Anyway I always have you to pull me up. Thanks once again for taking time off to both see and comment.

It is frustrating when you dot get the music you want, does'nt it? Especailly if you are also impatient like me who would want to do something as soon as the idea enters my head. In fact there was a piece which would have been ideal for the playfulness mix. I had it in an LP record. (are you aware of the gramophone days?) Now there is no way I can transfer that to mp3.

Andaaz doesn't mean grace...well kinda...i guess depends on context. but it more like attitude...andaaz...or your style...yes style would be word...style, personality, attitude etc. and that could be graceful.

Frankly I expected you to comment on them for I know only you can do so with your knowledge of the scenes and mix making. I dont thik others would have even noticed them.

I especially enjoyed the saree selection scn too. It was nice to see. BTW next time you need translation, feel free to ask me. I am not expert in Hindi but i think i am pretty good.

Will keep that in mind. There are a few songs for which I would want the translation but not right away. I have my hands full with two incomplete ones.
