Yas, I dot think so. Mallika has warned that if Prachi tries to re-enter Milsi's life she will not hesitate either sending him to jail or killing him. so I guess she will be there after the leap to keep Prachi from getting back with Milsi.

I agree with Opti. Mallika is going to stay after teh leap. Ofcourse they need some vamp to make things complicated. With Ayesha out of the picture, they need Mallika for sure.
