Exactly. If the show wasn't ending Aarav would have ripped up that letter to pieces, shredded the drawings and everything and gone into another hissy fit. The resolution is just so unconvincing now. We always knew what will happen, because this is itv, and the leads either live together or die together. But if they knew the show had been axed they should have reshot some scenes. They went ahead with the same pace and the same storyline, and it's so anticlimactic now.

Can't blame any writer in the current situation as well even though they are responsible for it. Everything is so complicated and writers are forced to write a good ending in this complicated situation when there is no scope of any good ending.

That's a different thing that writers are responsible for their current situation. Also, I think it is a bit of headache for them to flesh out things for a dying show so why reshoot it

"Aur woh aab hum dono ke liye koshish bhi nahi karegi" ....wish Viaan realised this much earlier and hadn't chased and begged her to fight for their love.I so wish he would have walked away and never returned back but alas!! it's ITV and they have to get the leads united. When Aarav was asking Teji if she had also hurt his mumma and told them to leave....I was like...bhai koi is bacchey ko aapney chachu dearest aur dadu ke kartoot toh batao.Phir dekhtey hai Aarav Garewals ka kya halat kartein hai?? Today again Katha was so concerned for Raghav's family getting shattered but woman what about Viaan's family?? Won't Ehsaan,Vanya be scattered seeing their brother's devastating state ??A letter from Viaan explaining about the situations which some of us were telling might make Aarav cool down and free him from trauma and heal him.This is the chance Viaan was asking for from.Katha. But why would she listen to him?? She thinks she knows the best and is right!! Waise Viaan returned every belonging of Aaarav to him ,so when is Katha going to return Viaan's gifts?? "Chal Ehsaan"...how much more heart breaking that scene can be!!

This good ending is forced for obvious reasons. ONS revelation was a dead end for their love story for me.

Whatever is happening is to be taken with a grain of salt because sony axed this show abruptly so, ending will be illogical.

They should have ended season 1 here and then come back for season 2! Whatever happened today, how do you just resolve it all in 2 episodes without it coming across as entirely forced and unbelievable?

If I were the writer, the ending scene would have been Viaan and Teji at the airport saying their goodbyes to Ehsan and Vanya and boarding the plane for Paris. Season 2 would have begun after a couple of years' leap with Viaan returning to India. Raghav and Katha co-parenting Ruhi and Aarav who were both in some hostel. But the flashback would reveal that they actually didn't get married, and it was Raghav who came to his senses and broke off their relationship. They both decided to stay friends for their kids, and are actually involved a lot in each other's lives. But even after breaking up, katha didn't went back to Viaan because it was simply better this way than doing this push and pull with him, and getting out or inserting themselves in his life on whims. They would have met again and this time started with a clean slate. No mistakes, no past, actually taking it slow instead of rushing it and doing everything right this time.

Also, Viaan coming back with a French NRI girlfriend, totally committed and ready to marry her before stumbling across Katha again would have been quite funny

Me too.... it has been a while since I watched KA

It is going end , but " Kavian" is a way luckier than other ITV couples they won't sent to their death paving way for next generation of craziness
