It is from Episode 111. I just watched it again, I feel so nostalgic already. It was truly a beautiful episode.

Context:

Viaan wanted to stop getting affected by his father's memories and his betrayal.

Katha adviced him that in order to stop past memories affecting you, you need to stop running away from your past. Instead, stare at your past, confront it and forgive the ones who are left behind.

I think her advice was very accurate. But, this doesn't mean you will forgive everyone who is still toxic towards you and can harm you. Viraaj is dead, whereabout of Seema was not known in this episode so, they aren't harming you.

Katha herself did this, she confronted her dark memories, and made them stop affecting her. She forgave Viaan after she confirmed that he has learnt his lesson and is still repenting. Same applied for Grewals and she took time with both of them.

This isn't toxic positivism. Katha didn't forgave that easily. She had resentment against Viaan for a considerable time and for some limited time against Kailash Grewal.

My question is where is this message now? Viaan is a reformed man, he is not harming Aarav or Katha now, why can't she explain this same thing to Aarav??

@bold because she has double standards. Dusro ko gyan dena aasan hota hai. When katha did the same past ko ghoorna thing previously, she was dealing with highly sensitive and already guilt ridden viaan. It was a piece of cake for her that time.

But now she was in for a long battle as there was a child to explain everything without ruining his innocence and then there were toxic garewals who are just bunch of ogres without any brain. She knew it is going to be tough so why not choose easy way out.

You see in real life also, jo jyada gyanchand banta hai koi situation aane par usiki sabse pehle phat ti hai.

Abhi bhi dekho katha ko. She has opened some yoga healing center and she claims to understand children better, even giving gyan to other mothers but still her own child is in mess. She hasn't found the root cause of his behaviour. She didn't try to clear the misunderstanding. How dense she can be that she don't understand why aarav is in this state, that he needs his robin papa.

I get it now. He's going to be like that quirky Aamir Khan from Taare Zameen Par who sings Bum Bum Bole and sings and dances in class to pull children out of "depression" or whatever.

He's going to be even more annoying than we thought.

Katha is actually really marrying a joker.

I hate him already.

Although, I understand your frustration and I am frustrated too .But, leap period wasn't shown so, don't know how much she tried and what happened to Grewals. That gun shot was literally forced screenplay when the storm finally ended.

The show has come full circle. Except, this time, it should be conclusion of this love story not the beginning

Even I think he is going to be Mr. Know it all. One of those guys who think they are supercool but are actually irritating.

How is Kavya actually? From first few episodes, I found it extremely preachy and unrealistic of today's society in modern setting. Also felts pseudo-feminists like anupamaa or any zee Tv serial in general.

I kind of understand Katha's majboori but, she is taking such a big decision and is ruining life of two men and her child as well. Where is that Katha who said past se daro mat ghoor ke dekho. Is mutthi ko kholne ke liye sabko maaf karna hoga.

I understood Katha's majboori when it came to breaking up with Viaan. Par ye majboori kahin se samajh nhi aa rhi mujhe.

How is this going to help Aarav in any way?? What can this guy do as a father that he cannot do as simply a psychologist? Aisi kaunsi magical wand hai jo shaadi karne ke baad activate ho jayegi aur Aarav ke saare issues solve kar degi??! Kya logic hai patanismiley44

I'm dreading the cringefest already. Instead of Viaan here we'll see Katha, her monkey and this happy-go-lucky preachy guy dancing and jumping in her home. While Viaan becomes the unwanted sautan. Yucksmiley11smiley11

I applaud the actor for taking up this role. Where the public already hates you and are dead set against yousmiley37smiley37 If you really want this role, you can take Aarav with you and be a father to him, and leave KaViaan alonesmiley37

Same here. I too found that show is drown in cliche itv feminism ideas where actually female lead is just pseudo feminist or selective feminist having no real spine. Plus I don't like that actress much so I am not following it.

Anyways FL chahe kisi bhi show ki ho. Characterisation full on strong smart woman ka hoga lekin let one year pass that same fl will act exactly opposite of her character trait.smiley36
