1. Episode starts with Robbie resolving to help Kasturi in the food arrangements
2. Robbie and Kasturi share some light moments in the food preparations. For a while Kasturi appears to be quite enjoying her interation with Robbie and is affectionately looking at him. They show some nice footage of their interaction. Karan and Shubhangi have some really good spontaneous reactions.
3. At Chawla house Alka receives a letter and is delirious with happiness. All gather to find out what has happened. The Chawlas have received an offer from a builder to buy the Chawla kothi for Rs2 crores. Everyone is happy. But there is a condition. The house needs to be vacated within 4 days. Kaushalya is worried about Lalaji's condition and how can they possibly vacate the house within 4 days. She expresses her concern to Alka who rubbishes it off. Alka asks everyone to prepare for vacating the house.
4. The Lori celebrations are on and Purushottam is welcoming everyone. The is an elderly couple who arrives from Punjab to participate in the Lori celebrations. Robbie and Kasturi (both looking great) seek the blessings of elders. The Chawla family arrives (including Alka's family and Tanu and Vikas). Purushottam welcomes them. He also addresses the guests that today he is very happy and at peace. And that is because of his son Robbie, a son who earlier never believed in traditions, but has now wholeheartedly participated in and worked for it. Purushottam gives the credit for Robbie's faith in tradition to Kasturi. He informs everyone that the Lori celebration food arrangements were done by Kasturi. The Chawlas and Vikas are indeed happy to hear all of this (of course apart from Alka, Pooja and Pooja's mom).
5. Kaushalya speaks to Alka and requests her to not create any scene at Shabharwal house, which may affect Lalaji's already serious health condition. She specifically asks Alka to not tell Kasturi about the offer received earlier today from the builder.
6. Kasturi goes into the kitchen to check on the food arrangements. There is a cat romping around in the kitchen who has destroyed most of the food. Alaana arrives there and blames Kasturi for purposely sabotging the Lori celebrations and goes to tell Purushottam about the mishap. Kasturi tries to plead Alaana not to tell Purushottam, but in vain.Of course, as we find out, the cat has been led into the kitchen by Nikhil and Alaana.
7. Pooja and her mom have a discussion about how to observe and follow the habits of super rich high society people so that when they get rich they can emulate these high society people. They make fun of Lalaji and Kaushalya.
8. The elderly couple from Punjab are chatting with Lalaji and Alka about the virtues of joint families when Alka arrives and breaks the news of Chawla house batwara to them. Lalaji, Kaushalya and Biji are pained to hear this.
9. Alaana tells Purushottam about the food fiasco and instigates him that Kasturi has done this destruction on purpose. Purushottam does not believe her and both go to the kitchen to find out what happened. The kitchen is clean and perfect as though nothing happened and Kasturi is busy with the preparations. Purushottam admonishes Alaana and tells her off. Alaana is confused as to how the kitchen can be so clean. Purushottam speaks nicely to Kasturi and ask her to get the food for the guests and leaves.
10. Kasturi tells Alaana that she knew that Alaana would be upto some mischief so she had laid only part of the food in the kitchen and the rest was safely stored away. This is how she foiled Alaana's plans. Kasturi taunts Alaana that she should only concentrate on make up and clothes and leave the thinking and actions to Kasturi. Alaana is furious while Kasturi is smiling away.
