Stars gathered at Karan's b'day bash
Karan Patel's birthday bash was a planned-at-the-last minute-affair, but all his friends from the industry turned up to wish him.
Most of the guests present comprised the other couples on the reality dance show of which Karan is also a participant.
Kiran Jhanjhani and wife Ritu, Karan Grover and Kavita Kaushik, Sweta Keswani and Alexx O'Nell were seen enjoying themselves. David Dhawan, a judge on the show, too turned up to wish Karan.
The other judges — Vaibhavi Merchant and Ishaa Koppikar — couldn't make it as they had some prior commitments. But Karan was very touched that Ishaa had sent a gift for him with her manager.
Yash Tonk mingled with the boys while wife Gouri caught up with Amita Chandekar. Pooja Bedi was out of town but beau Hanif Hilal came and was seen in the company of Karan and Kavita. Aamir Ali and Sanjeeda Sheikh wrapped up their work and came in late. Ekta Kapoor also made an appearance at 1 am. Needless to say, the party was buzzing till really late.
HAVE YOUR CAKE BUT DON'T EAT IT?
Well, not at least till your best buddies are present! Karan waited for half an hour for friends Hiten Tejwani and Gauri Pradhan to arrive, before he cut his birthday cake. His father Rashesh Patel and grandparents cheered him on as he cut the cake.
