Can anyone tell me how is Dolly related to Anand? She calls his Mother Mummyjee,but I could not figure out what her relation is with them.

Yeah she is just the neighbour and she may have been so from when she is a kid so Anand's mom must be considering her as a daughter so the Mummyjee deal.
