Who knows what happened? Why they made those changes? But I feel that the makers shot themselves on the foot with his track. They didn't establish him properly, scrapped his revenge track and rushed with the marriage, his falling in love. So I'm glad that he left the way he did, instead of sticking and being a part of the soulmate cringe..

i know what you mean, in hindsight I'm sooo glad he left. If only EK had the sense to do a spin-off with KSG's RB...

I'm glad you enjoyed him! I frankly didn't. His two day transition hit me like a whiplash and I lost my connect there. Plus none of his moves were smart to me! I think the Ekk chatt track undermined the one thing I cared about. His intelligence. You DO NOT put your wife and the man she loves in the same house together for a pleasure that takes one day to wane. Plus yeah shy fumbling Bajaj wasn't my thing. I guess also because it happened SO SO QUICK. I didn't get a proper arc/progression/transformation to truly care about the prerish dynamic. and since that was most of Bajaj's scenes in the show, I didn't care for him much either after a point.

I blame the bad writing. They had no clue what to make out of this story!!
