She has been told that her maa baba are alive just aren't with her..n when she will reach at a certain age she will be told...also the care taker loves her a lot and she is a bright n happy child who finds happiness in simple simple things just like her parents....

She carries the traits of her parents, especially Prerna’s. Prerna even in the midst of feeling lonely, revengeful and crushed because of what happened to her 8yrs ago, is shown to be happy & jovial with her family, Kukki and Mr. B, thaaki uski maa ko bhi lagi that Pre is happy. Then why can't Sneha be happy when she is loved by everyone around her and has a hope that she will meet her parents one day.
