Precisely , itna whitewash karke kya toofan in bad light , unless it meant to show that RB is behind

their life already had toofan in the form of Komolika who managed to make Anurag push Prerna off the bridge isse bada toofan aur kya

SP is so disconnected from the show with all these montages ..

Even if they hinting at upcoming track, what P thinks of him is what matters (KZK's main theme of RB-P) while he does any kind of destruction. So far this is what they have continued to show in this season too and have maintained the consistency.
