Bajju's Iconic Guts 😎
Good afternoon everyone. So today’s Sunday was spent delightfully talking to Ankie and me emphasising completely about how RB’s template moodboard for character sketching was based on John Gage from Indecent Proposal. In fact, the story template and even some philosophy of RB was from that character template.
Gage was a smug, deadpan yet suave business shark lonely at heart who stoically believed that everyone can be bought!
His charm and his ‘aap Kya chahti hai’ is very similar to John Gage’s dialogues
Check this out.
John Gage: That's naive Diana. I buy people every day.
- Diana Murphy: In business, maybe, but you can't buy people not when real emotions are involved.
- John Gage: So you're saying you can't buy love? That's a bit of a cliché don't you think?
- Diana Murphy: It's absolutely true.”
David Murphy: I guess there's limits to what money can buy.
- John Gage: Not many.
- Diana Murphy: Well, some things aren't for sale.
- John Gage: Such as?
- Diana Murphy: You can't buy people.”
Hello everyone, Good Afternoon. The 5th chapter of my story is updated. 😊
