I am repeatedly saying her subconscious mind still refuses to believe that Anurag did it to her and after all in the past also also so many bull shit things had happened in the name of sacrifice. The only difference is she didn't get a chance to confront him this time.

I feel like even once Prerna knows she will probably feel bad about thinking Anurag tried to kill her but she will never forgive him for the separation with Sneha. Remember when in kzk1 when Prem 1 died Prerna was held responsible by Anurag, then when Prem 2 was kidnapped prerna held that against Anurag all their life. So this is starting to show similar signs.

Also I have a feeling bajaj will have a hidden agenda too because of which he wouldn't want Prerna to find out the truth and ultimately it will come down to prerna hating both the guys for a period of time, then going back to Anurag then finding something out about him then going back to Bajaj.
