What are your expectations from the new track of KZK? - Page 2

I hoped so much from the reboot as KZK 1.0 was my fav show in childhood but the CVs completely failed to capture the soul of the characters and love story. CVs always give lame justification of Anu and Pre's mistakes whereas good characters are flawed and differences in them come from their own decisions rather than relying on third wheel for everything. And even the third wheels are headache inducing. Aamna is such a good actress but whenever I see hery zoomed in face, I just want to switch off the television. And AnuPre are so pathetic. Instead of wanting them to be together, I just want to get them out of their toxic soulmate relationship.

Those who r expecting she will show a soul stirring story of pre and bajaj can take a break. She wont . It'll always be a shallow meaningless story for them too as it was for anupre. For anupre it was a stupid love story. For pre bajaj they need to write more than that..more than a love story . A diff kind of relationship.

I agree. Sometimes I feel she's even worse than Gopi Bahu or Naira. ITV's heroines are either superwoman or bechari and though I hate it, most of their time is dedicated in solving their in-law's problems. But Prerna is a whole new level and the fact that she was supposed to be a business-savvy, career-oriented, strong woman is a joke.

At least Gopi and Naira had been inspirational quite a lot of times but this woman, nope. I had expectations from her. I truly did have but... Sigh. Prerna is a whole new level indeed.

I am so with you. I want them to show Woman can do it all if she puts her foot into something instead of showing that docile dependent types. So far we have seen Prerna emerge as strong woman and I hope they continue to show her as strong and that she doesnt need any man to succeed in her life especially not Mr Bajaj now.

I have stopped watching KZK since months and I have to admit, EK does know how to bring back viewers' attention by the gimmicks. While the viewers who have lost hope for the show can be tempted to watch the show again for the sake of its Bahubali cliffhanger-esque promo but it is more problematic in long term because CVs cannot justify Anurag killing Prerna in any way. It could work if it was Savdhaan India or Crime Patrol type/ Ek Haseena Thi type show but they cannot justify it ever in KZK universe not even in the name of protecting Sneha. The only plausible explanation would be Ronit/ Viraj donning a mask with Anurag's face or a Yeh Hai Mohabattein type situation where Prerna is aware of the plan all along. Now if they want a real Rail Ki Patri type situation, they should adopt the former where Prerna thinks it was Anurag who tried to kill her and returns in a real revengeful Avatar (not like in Komo's track).

I may be in minority but I don't want Mr. Bajaj to make a comeback now. I want Prerna to fight her battles alone without any man's aid. The whole point of KZK is Prerna is a strong, non-forgiving character who doesn't forget her grudges easily whereas Anurag was a good-hearted person who doesn't manage to take a stand but in this KZK, the situation is reverse. I want Prerna to give back to Mohini and Nivi without any help and pave the path of destruction for Anurag all by herself.

For once, I wish Prerna's character undergo a makeover, both literally and figuratively. I wish her to become a top businesswoman who is miles ahead of Basu in terms of wealth and status. I want to get her out of bahu-mode and give a really hard time to Mohini and Nivi for their inhuman treatment. I want Prerna to become more stylish and sophisticated because hello, it's Erica and she's one of the most beautiful TV actresses today. I want her to become like Maya JaiSingh of Beyhadh (without psycho and killing Rishi, of course). And for once I want infinite hate in Prerna for Anu without any third wheel drama (Zoom Ins of Sonalika's face were a major reason I stopped watching the show). I don't want any amnesia drama but I wouldn't mind Prerna returning with a different identity.

What are your expectations from the new track of KZK and how would you like it to unfold?

I can’t even explain what limited capabilities a writer or creative would possess with such talents on board. I want to tell something to the CV’s

1. Parth- You have someone who is extremely good at negative emotions, yet you keep his character bored to a half baked Mumma’s boy.

2. Erica- You have an urban face, very presentable in fashion, yet you choose to show her as an aimless woman with nothing to do but warble about her soulmate.

3. KSG- Someone who is known as the KIng of Romance on ITV. Yet, you keep him away from romancing the FL.

4. Amna- You have the most beautiful and classy actress as Komolika. But, instead you choose to zoom her face and give her 2 Rs ka failed tracks!

This is what is called EKta Kapoor’s Academy of. BS!

Shows, even with great talent acquisition, one needs to have a story in place!

I agree. For once, I want Pre to live a life independent of any man and I so not want for Pre and Sonalika to fight like cats over Anu. For once, I want Pre to achieve a higher status and wealth than Basus. Moh and Nivi treat her worse than a slave and I want her to reply them in their language. Anurag has basically become a useless character who repeatedly needs to be saved and I won't be sad if makers scrap both his and Mr. Bajaj's character. Tbh, Parth deserves better than being a damsel in distress.

I would love to hear your opinion. I loved the first chapter of the fanfiction you wrote. It was great to see cunning, vengeful Prerna and though I'm not keen on PreRish and for that matter even AnuPre, I am curious how the individual character will be fleshed out because at this time both the leads are too becharas.

That brought so much gratification to my amateur heart. It was rather a wish to see Prerna take a stand for herself.

I do give same nod for leads presenting to be abla, bechara right from the start till now. I don't know when will they get over it. Well, even I wish to see what changes leap has in store for them as an individual characters and off course the equations they share.

I don't know why KZK is so focused on marriage. Pre's first priority should be Sneha, her family and her career, yet her existence revolves around Anurag. She takes marriage so lightly even when she has faced so much. If KZK managed to run one month without any shaadi drama, I would be the happiest.

Viraj was a negative character n totally butchered but when he entered and pre agreed to marry him, she should have come out clean with him and turned down the proposal .
