What are your expectations from the new track of KZK?

I have stopped watching KZK since months and I have to admit, EK does know how to bring back viewers' attention by the gimmicks. While the viewers who have lost hope for the show can be tempted to watch the show again for the sake of its Bahubali cliffhanger-esque promo but it is more problematic in long term because CVs cannot justify Anurag killing Prerna in any way. It could work if it was Savdhaan India or Crime Patrol type/ Ek Haseena Thi type show but they cannot justify it ever in KZK universe not even in the name of protecting Sneha. The only plausible explanation would be Ronit/ Viraj donning a mask with Anurag's face or a Yeh Hai Mohabattein type situation where Prerna is aware of the plan all along. Now if they want a real Rail Ki Patri type situation, they should adopt the former where Prerna thinks it was Anurag who tried to kill her and returns in a real revengeful Avatar (not like in Komo's track).

I may be in minority but I don't want Mr. Bajaj to make a comeback now. I want Prerna to fight her battles alone without any man's aid. The whole point of KZK is Prerna is a strong, non-forgiving character who doesn't forget her grudges easily whereas Anurag was a good-hearted person who doesn't manage to take a stand but in this KZK, the situation is reverse. I want Prerna to give back to Mohini and Nivi without any help and pave the path of destruction for Anurag all by herself.

For once, I wish Prerna's character undergo a makeover, both literally and figuratively. I wish her to become a top businesswoman who is miles ahead of Basu in terms of wealth and status. I want to get her out of bahu-mode and give a really hard time to Mohini and Nivi for their inhuman treatment. I want Prerna to become more stylish and sophisticated because hello, it's Erica and she's one of the most beautiful TV actresses today. I want her to become like Maya JaiSingh of Beyhadh (without psycho and killing Rishi, of course). And for once I want infinite hate in Prerna for Anu without any third wheel drama (Zoom Ins of Sonalika's face were a major reason I stopped watching the show). I don't want any amnesia drama but I wouldn't mind Prerna returning with a different identity.

What are your expectations from the new track of KZK and how would you like it to unfold?

As much as I wish to see Prerna stand out of her own, on a realistic front I know how challenging and quite impossible it would be for someone like her on own. She needs a mentor or rather a powerful support to learn business and off course the experience is a must here. Right now, I want Rishabh Bajaj to make an entry as her mentor more than the ex-husband of hers. I wish to see her juggle with her inner beast, the embracing motherhood to Sneha and Cookie and an outstanding businesswoman who hopes to rise and flourish. I couldn't be much happier if it turns out to a revenge story because to move ahead, at times, one has to look back and close all the doors leading us that way.

She needs some answers and not to prove her love for him but for her self-respect I want her to throw DNA results on their faces after attending full custody on Sneha. Take an upper hand over all Basu's cooperate or might even bring them to dust, since that's what they have boasted of and tortured her at the name of middle class. I want her sassy, witty, sarcastic, shrewd and negotiable. She must learn to serve those what people gave her with all due interest.

And after all, she has emerged out as a new sapling of life's reap; I want her to move ahead and find herself a love partner. May be or may not be Bajaj if she finds herself respecting him but no amorous feelings but can co-parent Cookie and Sneha in that case. I don't want her contemplating to get married to him for the favors he did for her, because the man has already endure much pain of his share and later on she would be nothing but same as what Anurag Basu was to her—an emotional traitor. But if they really walk along the aisle, being the man and wife (when she grew feelings for him) it would be nice to find two passionate, tender and dedicated people to find home in each other. We all need a partner, not just for physical pleasures but emotional strength too. Someone we can lean on for our safety even if we are independently capable to hold ourselves, someone we can share our shares of aches, laughter and love with. It's not a custom but rather a humanly necessity; because all in the end we are scared of being alone. I expect for a rejuvenated Prerna Sharma, neither Basu or Bajaj attached to her name until she really wants to.

I would love to hear your opinion. I loved the first chapter of the fanfiction you wrote. It was great to see cunning, vengeful Prerna and though I'm not keen on PreRish and for that matter even AnuPre, I am curious how the individual character will be fleshed out because at this time both the leads are too becharas.

I m very positive about the track....anurag the ML of the show cant be turned negative overnight

Ek must shut it down . Bec she is incapable of writing a good story for any of these pairs . We may be excited at first about this twist but its gonna be lame bakwas excuse which wont fit into the story . N its gonna be the same " I love pre but cant have her", I love anurag but cant have him, mr bajaj and komo will repeat the same lines. From.bad to worse to bizarre...

Those who r expecting she will show a soul stirring story of pre and bajaj can take a break. She wont . It'll always be a shallow meaningless story for them too as it was for anupre. For anupre it was a stupid love story. For pre bajaj they need to write more than that..more than a love story . A diff kind of relationship.

I wanted to say I have zero expectations but while I was typing I realized that they are actually sub-zero/negative.

I feel you. I guess a lot of us have been there and felt the same but after lingering around for this long, I can certainly assure you that this Prerna Sharma isn't capable of what you are looking forward to. It's unfortunate but that's how it is. 🤢
