Prerna is born and she lost her mother too, and her father is also gone even before her birth leaving only one blood relation her elder sister. What about their extended family or relatives. Only good thing is that Bajaj family is there for both the kids. Now let's see how the dynamics of Prerna will be with both the twins and how the twins will behave with her.
