What has been Anurag & Prerna’s character growth? - Page 8

No one can deny that. Neither I denied it in last season at this same India forums.

But fortunately it was prerna's journey last season and she had an individuality as a character/person.

This season I can't see that in prerna's character at all.

I’ve only seen clips of KZK years ago and now I watch on IG out of boredom. That Prerna for sure was not restricted to one character. She had relationships all around her. I don’t see that in this Prerna at all. If I take Anurag away, what is there to her? I know she’s meant to be a bubbly and caring girl but apparently she only comes ‘into action’ when she has to face Komo but even that’s related to Anurag!

I never watched this show since the start but my best friend is since day one.

She is a huge prerna fan from last season. She is highly highy disappointed with this prerna after first one month itself. As far as me, I only read wu, I don't watch.

Lol don’t worry I’m very relaxed. I think everyone who has seen KZK1 is highly disappointed with this Prerna. Even fans who haven’t seen the first season wouldn’t be to connect with her behaviour.

Why close? I haven’t bashed anyone :(

As for the progression of characters, we have to keep in mind that this is Eku's show (upar se dream project on SP). This show's scripts are changed at the drop of a hat, so it's foolish to expect well thought out character arcs. We've seen overnight revamp of entire tracks, brushing of things under the carpet for TRPs, availability of actors etc.

In the big picture, I'm thankful I got to see my favourite characters on the show start from being strangers to friends to lovers to spouse to being pregnant together amidst all kinds of mindless kasautis.

So I'm enjoying the entertaining roller coaster ride this show is and taking things a day at a time. I swear the day they butcher my favourite characters Anu, Pre and Debu Da, I will automatically wean off of this show.😁

I respect your viewpoint completely, thanks for the sensible reply. However, I don’t think it’s foolish to expect character arcs from Ekta shows. I have seen many of them and even the most intense love stories, the characters have more to them as INDIVIDUALS than I feel Anurag and Prerna (especially) have. Opinions differ of course, you could see what I don’t & vice versa.

I watched it from the start as well.

Anurag's character got worse..he was fine at the start..he became almost like Prerna now

My doll has much more character and growth than Prerna
