Cezzane Khan's Anurag genuinely seemed to be in love with Prerna who accepted fate and worked towards being grateful to Prerna's sacrifice, Parth Samthaan's Anurag has literally given up on his career (the driving point that urged him to chase after Mr. Bajaj), his family and himself. Not once did he think about the pain that Prerna is going through, but only about how his life changes without Prerna in it. Moreover, his marriage to Komolika was totally acceptable, but how dare Prerna do otherwise!

Anurag has been depicted to be a loving, honest and earnest man who was desired by every girl. But Anurag Basu in the reboot of the show is annoying, selfish and a host to every trait that girls want to steer clear from. We eagerly hope the makers of the show bring about a change (other than Komolika's new plastic surgery) to make Anurag the prince charming he is supposed to be.

Awww sooo rightly put......Season 1 anurag when got to know about prerna marriage actually find out the reason with in a day without asking prerna..that why she is married to bajaj....the moment he get his shares back from bajaj, he knew the reason. But yaha anurag has two points.....the sudden appearance of the proofs to free him in his case, the video is of bajaj factory and bajaj returning the business shares and backing off from overtaking basu empire.....anurag must have thought ki proofs aasman se tapke honge aur bajaj loves him so much, so he returned the brought shares and back off. Matlab how much difficult was to understand this. Season 1 anurag also hated bajaj after the marriage happened......wanted prerna to move out from it but when she said woh nibhana chahthi hain......he helped her in all ways......when she used to breakdown....woh samahalta tha. This anurag makes her have a breakdown with her words every now and then......she has already sacrificed her everything from him....but now instead of understanding her, he makes her life a living hell everday. Tod diya hai us ladki ko poora.....ab woh control tak nahi kar paa rahi apne emotions.....usse apne hi nazro mein girwa raha hain. I feel so bad for her.

Season anurag was definitely caught in misunderstandings at a point of time but overall he always stood by prerna. Prerna made decisions....she choosed....yaha toh white character bhi haasil haasil chillata rehta hain.....meri hain ....mera haq aur pata nahi kya kya. Are now she is married....the most you should do is find the reason she got married to bajaj.....he very well know ki usmein koi kami nahi hain but he keeps on asking her that to make her feel guilty. Bechariii....the way he used her emotions throughout the accident planning. Anurag 1 was an angel in front of him. Anurag 1 helped prerna in accepting bajaj when he got to know she wishes to nibhao this marriage......he even became the bridge and made bajaj known about issues prerna was having. He only wanted marriage again when bajaj was declared dead and then also prerna consent was very important for him. He asked her, when she said yes....only then they got married.

i am shocked that times now has taken time to address this.....this is what happens when you spoil a lead character in reboot of a much loved show. Basic characterization should not be changed.
