She is trying to make it easier for him to move on but he won't be able to do so. I have an intuition that she won't reveal about the pregnancy and she would have a miscarriage in future and after that Anurag would come to know about his child. That would be the turning point for him and then he would actually start hating her. Then he would move on and marry someone else.

If she keeps baby in tummy & in order to save deal relations if she looses baby than i believe god connected sneha through deal.

May be sneha was meant to get mother in prerna.

I would appreciate if anurag finds life partner in any other woman. As sneha needs mother than baby in womb needed anurag.
