Bajaj is playing a game of chess & he has set out roles for everyone. Especially king, the rival king & the queen.
Bajaj plays as black king symbolising darkness. Anu as white symbolising goodness, Prerna- now that's a complex one.
White side moves first in the game & then black side makes a move. That's exactly what happened.
Anurag made a move on his own to find Bajaj but he could do that only when Bajaj chose to reveal himself. Meanwhile in the middle of the game, Anurag got distracted by Ronit & that one distraction changed it all for him. Ronit, originally playing in his own capacity came handy in Bajaj's larger scheme of things, something he himself didn't realize.
Prerna was the white queen earlier, playing for Anu. Seeing her king & other mates in danger, this queen decided to make a move & went directly to checkmate the black king. But here she got played. The impulsiveness with which she undermined every other player, she got trapped with a proposal. Queen made a feeble attempt to escape but at last ended up changing sides to uphold her moral integrity & save the king thinking she could change sides & still protect her original king.
Prerna thought she would save Anurag & she bought the bluff. Bajaj was never supposed to end this game right after marriage. He was to begin playing the actual game with marriage.
Bajaj said that marriage with Prerna had nothing to do with Anu's business but today by his own admission, he decides to test Prerna for her loyalty with that deal. He waits after he has placed his move by putting the queen forward.
Marriage was just a way to strip Anurag of his queen, queen that now will have to play for Bajaj as she has promised him her loyalty.
Transition of Prerna from white to black was caused by the marriage. This new queen thrashed her old king & wore a mask of darkness with a hope that she could protect him that way. The supposed white queen now proudly wears a dark mask to keep the old king away. What she didn't know was that once sides are changed, you have no option but to play for that side.
Bajaj carefully placed queen right in front of the king. And from here it ends in only one way- either the king changes his position to avoid the attack but he has limited options or queen deliberately changes the course of her next move. Since queen is not at the liberty of changing course as per her wish out of her own reasons, it's the white king who has to admit the defeat since he plays fair & no longer has queen by his side to attack.
Anurag will lose this deal. Bajaj said either Anu has to choose his own victory & lose himself OR he will have to make Prerna lose. In either case, it's Anu's loss because Anu has a weakness in Prerna even when they are rivals. That weakness works as Bajaj's strength.
That's how Prerna became a catalyst for Bajaj in winning this deal from Basu's hands while Bajaj gloats in how it's only the beginning of Anu's destruction.
It's a well played game by a shrewd businessman who knows exactly what will guarantee him success.
It's the first time Bajaj has contradicted his words. 2 episodes back Bajaj said he married Prerna for some other reason & today he did the opposite, he practically used the queen for his benefit. That's what he meant from Prerna's loyalty, a loyalty that will work in his favor & against Basus. That's what was in his mind from the beginning. Prerna can no longer stay neutral. The smug face with which he is playing shows the confidence he has in his moves & everything will move as per his planning.
On the other hand, Anu has decided to play fair but what he doesn't know is that he can't play fair with a rival like Bajaj, especially when he forwards Prerna against him.
Bajaj this season is much darker & today's episode with his self-talk proves it. In season 1, Bajaj handed over property papers right after marriage & the truth was revealed within a week.
Bajaj with more shades makes for a intriguing watch & he surprises you with the moves he has planned. Well atleast, for now, he has all the intentions of using AnuPre bond for his own use & success. Let's wait for what hold in future for all three.
