What happened when you root for a different character? - Page 3

I like parth and somewhat eri but i dont like anurag and pre..i dont like ksg as much but bajaj is better than anu pre. Its always characters for me which make the actors also likeable . Its all average here for me..not bearable but not unbearable also

I liked vd and dd as rk and madhu but post leap they played horrible characters so i cud not watch them .

I always watch shows for characters, for example, I never like Jennifer Winget I used to think she cry too much. But when Beyhadd came I just loved Maya's character and her acting. Same goes for DD I used to love her from DMG's time but in Silsila I hated her character.

I never watched KYY but saw parth in Ye hai Aashiqui and liked him somewhat. Also, I like Ksg a lot because of Armaan and Asad. But on the other hand, I loved Bajaj's character too. He was very interesting and was waiting for Bajaj's entry since the show started. I was hoping that Iqbal Khan would play Bajaj but ekta chose Ksg which is fine. So I fall in that category who likes Actor as well as character both. Lucky me😁

I like parth and eri as an actor actress ... but never could root for Anupre in s2 ... i dont like their characterization this time.. it is very badly written . they are very good but their character does not attract me at all still now

Yes!! I never liked JW in DMG. I liked Kash more than Kajen. But I loved her as Maya in Beyhadh.

And I liked DD, but in Silsila I was a Mauli shipper.

So yes, I m a character's fan too :)

What role do actors play in a story apart from acting? Characters and screenplay are more important than good actors. There are many mediocre and pathetic actors who are loved and continuous chest thumping by PR team/fans makes everyone believe that he is a good actor, if you don't agree then you are stupid 😆

Lol, I loved Maya too and never liked Jenny before it except as Sneha. But I didn’t know it was played by Jenny except very late and just few years ago. So Maya was the first time I loved her character and her acting. I wasn’t JW’s Fan. Those few Maya haters still think people loved Maya because they were Jenny fans lol. In fact, many started liking Jenny because of Maya. They can’t accept the fact the people loved Maya even when most weren’t fans of Jenny. It’s hard for few to accept that audience rejected their fake and saint homewrecker so any excuse for why Maya was loved immensely.

Thank God, there are few who connect with characters more. I thought I was the only one lol. I think in the beginning when one is not a fan of any actor, they connect with character first and then become fan of actor. That’s how it’s for most people. But then the same people will support any character of the actor because they just love the actor now. That’s why it’s refreshing that there are few who connect with characters more whether they are fan of the actor or not.
