I think you have pretty much asked all the questions that a Non Bajaj fan would have in their minds, especially the ones like us who haven’t seen the S1. His ruthless attitude in the business comes across as those businessmen who can do anything and everything to become successful but his deal with Prerna left a bad taste. Rather I would have preferred him to be shown as someone who wanted a caretaker for his daughter, or some background on why is he asking Prerna to marry him apart from the famous reason “to hurt Anurag”

About bajaj, he has been destroying his competitors by unfair means or using his power...be it Basu's or others like that showed in his first episode.

In the premise of business rules, Anurag does business with ethics , Bajaj is unethical , ruthless, he does SWOT analysis on his competitors,... he sees their strengths , turns them in their weakness , creates opportunities and then threatens his opponents using the same opportunities . The real life business world is brutal and ruthless and scams and take overs in unethical manner and so it's shown with this character . This doesn't make one villain "technically "

He is shown not to have manners of talking to others. He is shown not to respect others...the way he left the seminar while that principal lady was speaking or the way he smoke in front of prerna. He is in his bubble only.

All these qualities fall into the bracket of lack of manners and being disrespectful , the outcome of his riches, his pride and his ego... this doesn't make one villain "yet"

When he rejected that lady who was seducing him, I thought he respects women but the way he has been plotting things around prerna, I lost this impression too.

like I said in above , if SWOT analysis is studied ,.. Basu publications is Anurag's strength, he got all shares ...turned the same Basu publication and Basu bari as his weakness... he created an opportunity out of Anurag's I will solve it myself wala step, going behind ronit ...etc and then the threatens Prerna ... more like making " undeniable proposal" where he can hit the last nail in the coffin of Basus/Anurag Basu. .. The plotting was not against Prerna to start with it was against Basus, Prerna is more of last trump card to get back Anurag fully .

Please give me some white points about him that help me turn this black character into grey in my mind. Being smart, handsome, intelligent etc doesn't count as that has got nothing to do with character of a person.
From my understanding a villain is someone who kidnaps, kills, blackmails , tortures people physically and emotionally .

Even I am looking forward to see the other side of him .. for now I will not color code him yet as those are based on understanding and perceptions, however if all we want is an ethical, well mannered, respectful, honest, sincere, fair, chivalrous kind of young intelligent character .... there is Anurag, why would the show makers bring another character just like Anurag.

Bajaj and Anurag are contrasting characters from age to maturity to ethics , intelligence everything and that is what the show makers want to show I believe ,. that you can have a character spectrum from Anurag to Bajaj (we are yet to see Bajaj in his personal space) and how the female leads life will be with two contrasting characters .

@my points in bold

Oh so that was a reply to my post! U got me wondering what I did to receive a love letter now😂

Anyways thanks for Ur comment. Though I m not totally convinced, but it's about perception as u say. I was not interested in colour coding him at first but whenever I made any post about bajaj, I saw black and grey r being used for defending him as per convenience. So I wanted to be sure. I don't expect him to be a good character when I have Anurag but if he has something bad in him n hence I point that out, I m called out for supposedly bashing a good man? N if he is a good man and I expect something good out of him, I m told that he is not a good man. N this confusion leads to reporting and closing of the threads.

Since I m replying to a mod, I would like to say this that in komo phase, she too played mind games with Anurag n the viewers called her out for her atrocities too, but since there were not many Hina fans here at that time, the reporting n closing of the threads was slow n everybody had freedom of speech. Since the entry of bajaj, I have been thinking at least thrice before writing a post, I swear, so that it should not offend anybody. Bajaj fans calling Anupre boring, stupid, cheesy etc and Anupre fans calling bajaj creep, ruthless, immoral etc is all about perception as u also said. As confessed by many bajaj fans, they r watching only bajaj parts n not the entire episode. However Anupre fans or the general viewers r watching whole episode since ages. Hence most bajaj fans don't make any posts against Anupre but Anupre fans discuss bajaj too which the bajaj fans find offending n the threads of anupre fans r getting locked. Lets not get too sensitive about any character. And till the time this closing of threads continues, the members who r reporting silly things shall not stop. So I request u mods to please ignore the reporting n give us all some liberty to voice out our opinions like we used to do before. I do not intend to teach y'all Ur job, this is just a request to provide some space that is much needed in this forum. Also, just because I have spoken on behalf of anupre fans, I do not intend to bash or blame bajaj fans. My only intention was that Anupre fans r going through a not so pleasant phase of the show, though they were prepared, they will definitely find it difficult n they will want to express their displeasure n they should get a space for that. Since there's nothing much about anupre in the episodes these days, they'll obviously discuss bajaj more than Anupre. So please let us get that space.

Anyways thanks for Ur comment

If I m calling out on negatives of bajaj, that doesn't mean I m denying negatives of anupre, and if anupre are bad, that doesn't make bajaj's bads any good, for god's sake. Bajaj can get Anupre arrested for trespassing his house or whatever, I m totally ok with it.

U need to learn actually new things now, this is getting repetitive.

I haven't seen Season 1 at all, and even this season watched only Bajaj's scenes. As to why he's grey:

They haven't shown one reason for us to believe he's not evil, but they have shown so much of his character, that as a businessman he's super impressive. Where I found him grey? He is not a traitor to his employees. He paid those union workers their dues and paid them an increment too. That's a sign of being ethical too. Employees are assets, you pay them their dues and don't keep them hanging for three months and then claim your company is like your baby. Where I found him grey? When he told Mr. Gujral that it's funny he was placing a value on his baby-company. That was true. That guy came off like a really good guy but he wasn't in real terms.

And, personally, ignoring Season 1 about which I still have no proper clue coz people say such contrasting things, there is something intriguing about Bajaj coz if someone's this resolute, with such sharp business acumen, there's got to be a story. And villains too, the iconic ones have been beautifully characterised.

The original iconic bajaj might have been created beautifully, idk, I didn't watch him. This bajaj, I m not sure yet.

Didn't he give the dues to gujral's employees, if I not wrong? I might be wrong since I can't hear bajaj many times. N if he gave the money to those employees, it was definitely to manipulate them, not to value the assets of the company. And why will he not pay to his employees? He has money to buy the whole world after all. He will pay money to everybody who r giving him benefits. Paying the dues of employees is not something ethical, its just normal, not unnecessarily restricting the dues of employees is ethical.

Placing value on baby company being funny is as filmy a dialogue as the cheesy romantic dialogues of anupre are. Just because one has raised their company as their bay doesn't mean it has got no financial value

Then y not both the fandoms take a chill pill n let the others say whatever they want? Let's all respectfully have some fun, some sarcasm without any mocking and enjoy our little time here our from our stressful real live.

“Before you judge anyone else makes sure you are perfect” apt for the Anu-Pre fandom currently

Agree. I am all in for voicing out opinions on characters, be it negative or positive; defend and attack as long as it's about the characters and not the real actors or members.

Bajaj charector is yet to unfold he is completely dark or grey depends on cvs.

Regarding cracking deal with prena was to snatch the emotional support from anurag and make him weak why reason still not known may be when moloy become fine can throw some light on bajaj. Only business its personal this is clear .

Bajaj will not open his cards easily

Not like anu and pre who are open book to him at present

Veena and mohini i dont think you can called them grey charectors

They are just possesive protective and obbsssed mothers specially mohini 😆
