Manipulating unions has been the norm for ages. Every single company does it. Coz unions are manipulated by their leader himself. He didn't just pay their dues, he raised them as well. I am not saying that makes him grey and not black. It has a financial value, but the kind of offence Gujral took, considering he hadn't been running his company well at all, and questioned this man's ethics, that wasn't ethical. It could be termed as a hostile takeover. A hostile takeover doesn't make a businessman black. Moreover, in addition, I do agree with whatever you are saying. That said, this is all that has been revealed of the character so far. And what I mentioned, is something that makes him not black to me.The original iconic bajaj might have been created beautifully, idk, I didn't watch him. This bajaj, I m not sure yet.
Didn't he give the dues to gujral's employees, if I not wrong? I might be wrong since I can't hear bajaj many times. N if he gave the money to those employees, it was definitely to manipulate them, not to value the assets of the company. And why will he not pay to his employees? He has money to buy the whole world after all. He will pay money to everybody who r giving him benefits. Paying the dues of employees is not something ethical, its just normal, not unnecessarily restricting the dues of employees is ethical.
Placing value on baby company being funny is as filmy a dialogue as the cheesy romantic dialogues of anupre are. Just because one has raised their company as their bay doesn't mean it has got no financial value
