Yes. He said why do you wanna sell your children then? So bajaj didnt create a problem in the co. But took advantage of their crisis. But he created problems for anurag. Ki farak painda hai😆he is ruthless ..mr gujral got 100 crores on investing 11 lakhs. Not bad for him .

Yea.. at least the workers will not only get their due on time but they will get an increment of 50% as well..

Gujral wanted to sell the company so RB made a counter offer by using his brain and manipulated everything in his favour..

its not like he forge his signature to transfer all the shares to him.. Gujral wasnt at gun point.. it was a deal.. take it or leave it!
