And I think that’s the main point - a “hostile takeover” does not fit well with the Indian TV drama. Takeovers are some indeed common but done are very strict conditions which include minory shareholder prostration, labour protection etc.

I know poeple want to say what bajaj is doing is ok “in this day and age” because it makes a future redemption track easier. But I don’t think even ekta is trying to make bajaj anything other than a business vulture.

(P.S. I don’t understand the whole in this day and age point since after the baby financial crises the world has faced countries are becoming stricter about everything and this is the world I live in 2019. Maybe that was a believable story in 2000 but things have changed in the last 19 years and they make no sense now. Its not the wild Wild West any more.)

Guys there are lots of thread where you can mock the prerna pregnancy, even the anupre AT, can we leave that ridicule out of this thread please. This is about something completely different.

Unfortunately if Indian TV takes into account the months and years it could in reality take to conclude a takeover no one will be interested in watching.. I feel with the way they introduced bajaj it is just to give an idea of the kind of businessman he is and nothing more..

My point which I should have made earlier but have now amended my note to make is that stories like this may have worked in 2000 but the world is very different in 2019 .... and showing this sort of Wild Wild West stuff is so out of place. For me.

Hence the reason why I keep my brain aside and watch 😆 But this is only my second TV show and I don't intend on watching more unless karan is in it so I'm safe 😛

But pranoy, there is something called fair play. I will not agree, if business is taken over illegal way. Here Mr. Bajaj is not playing fair. Here he is not bringing his own business to outsmart others like how jio is doing. He is creating problem n acquiring illegal way.

Sure. But just one question . If the good guy makes the good girl pregnant and the good guy refuses to accept that he is father , will he stay a good boy or just human ? And if the bad guy takes up the responsibility , will he be redeemed or ..? Also , should the girl hate him or not ?
