Nailah, you know Erica better than I do because you are her fan from her first show. Long shooting hours can take a toll on anyone's health and can impact their performance. However, to say that she is not giving her best because she is being 'sidelined' isn't that like questioning her work ethics. From whatever I know of her, she is not the type of person who would let something like this (and she is not being sidelined IMO) be the reason behind her not giving her best. This girl has been shooting non-stop and is doing her BEST which is very clear from whatever little BTS we get of her.

That does not mean we don't do it, but we might be not that excited to do it.

The environment is very suffocating.. I mean they spend longer than 12 hrs in BB surrounded by all the crew members, lighting, camera..

they need to do more outdoor shooting..
