Where did this Tapur Jaan appear in Anurag's life? Had they shown her in a previous episode as Anurag's GF?? Or are the creatives randomly inserting new characters?

She's cute albeit very tiny looking😆 The previous one looked super bored, this one is fine, all happy and cheerful. Wonder who the third sister is..
