What’s up with KZK and other shows?

It's really wierd. Okay. When Kasak gave birth to her baby her stomach didn't show up at all and same thing happened with Sneha.

And in other shows for example in KGGK, Gayatri was shown pregnant forever.

Ekta and Her directors are wierd.
