Premikas i m fine

Julu in Nasik few ppl broke Baba Amedkar's statue & iots started there in Nasik which spreaded in Mumbai 2 & d shops have ben shut down since yesterday nite ta many places & there is also curfew at variuous places 😕

An express bus was set on fire 2day but ppl got saved & even a train was but no passengers where in d train

StarOne joins hands with Idea for its second AFP 'Ek Se Badhkar Ek'

MUMBAI: In its second innings of advertiser funded programming (AFP), Star India has teamed up with Idea to unveil its latest countdown show Idea Ek Se Badhkar Ek on StarOne, slated to launch on 23 December in the 8 pm Saturday slot. Contiloe Films will manage the production of the show.

Idea Ek Se Badhkar Ek will be a 45 minute episode, to be hosted by Manoj Bohra and Tina Parakh. The 24-episode show will have countdown themes ranging from 'Top 10 sizzling singles, flop films, rain dances' to 'Top 10 action heroes and love triangles'. It will also include celebrity interviews.

As part of the brand tie up, the standard Idea packaging will be incorporated through graphics and special effects giving it a comic-like feel.

As reported earlier this year, Star Plus kicked off its first AFP with kids talent hunt show Rin Mera Star Super Star. For that initiative, the channel teamed up with FMCG major Hindustan Lever Limited (HLL), while Endemol India produced the show.

Announcing Idea Ek Se Badhkar Ek, Star India advertising sales and distribution president Paritosh Joshi said, "Idea Ek Se Badhkar Ek is a unique advertising funded programme and is all set to add excitement to Saturday night viewing on Star One. With young hosts, Tina and Manoj, there will be a great amount of interactivity in every episode and viewers will get to win prizes as well. We are thrilled to be associated with a young brand like Idea and hope to reach out to our audiences like we have done in the past with shows like The Great Indian Laughter Challenge, Nach Baliye and Sarabhai vs. Sarabhai, amongst others."

Idea CMO Pradeep Shrivastava said, "At Idea, we have always looked at opportunities to connect with our consumers, one-on-one. Our products target the youth and synergizes with Star One as it is the fastest growing channel today. We look forward to reaching out to our young consumers with this new show with a twist!"

STAR One and Idea to launch 'Idea Ek Se Badhkar Ek'

Star One is to launch yet another advertiser funded programme this time on STAR One. The show is in association with cellular service provider Idea. The show is called 'Idea Ek Se Badhkar Ek' and, beginning December 23, will beam Saturdays at 8pm

'Idea Ek Se Badhkar Ek' is a countdown show which will include categories such as 'Top 10 Action Heroes', 'Top 10 Love Triangles', 'Top 10 Sizzling Singles'. It will feature celebrity interviews, graphics, special effects and montages.

The countdown show will be hosted by television actors Manoj Bohra and Tina Parekh. STAR One hopes to consolidate its weekend viewing with the show, which will ensure a great amount of interactivity and give away prizes to viewers in each episode.

Paritosh Joshi, president, advertising, sales and distribution, STAR India, says, "Idea is a young brand and this association and the programme will reach out to STAR One's audiences just like it has in the past with shows such as 'The Great Indian Laughter Challenge', 'Nach Baliye' and 'Sarabhai vs Sarabhai'."
