i think she has only 3 kids and she loves all three of them- prem1, prem2 and sneha. she also loves mukti but i think it is also because of the mukti-prem connection.

the other kids except mukti r bajaj's kids . she is their mother just out of duty and obligation. she doesnt really love them as much as she loves her own three kids plus mukti.
